Clearing the air… It’s J-Bo of the "YoungBloodz"

Atlanta has grown to be one of the capitols for music and video recording.   Favorites are classics; Lil John, T.I., OutKast and the Dungeon Family, Ludacris and the “YoungBloodz”. Noted member of the “YoungBloodz” J-Bo Herringbone Jones has stepped out of the norm to showcase himself.  Not just as a recording artist, but a producer and writer as well.  For a couple of years people understood the “YoungBloodz” to be broken up as a group, not the case at all.  While being signed to contracts under Jive Records and Distribution through Universal… Jive is not known for it’s attention given to hip hop or rap artists.  Of course the duo of the “YoungBloodz” is an insane combo, but now it’s time for J-Bo to show what he is really all about.  Now exploring who J-Bo really is, as a producer and writer both set apart.

Born Jeffrey Grigsby, Herringbone Jones has topped out with some all-star tracks with some very notable artists such as; Busta Rhymes, 50 Cent, Too Short, Lil Scrappy and members of UGK…

Herringbone has spent more time showcasing the complete package that has never been brought to light before.  J-Bo now works with various artists as a producer stemming out to a group titled “White Monkey” an alternative group.  J-Bo’s more recent project has a wider array of versatility than the traditional “YoungBloodz” sound.

New names surface when you talk about J-Bo.  King Floaty and Billy Blanko are key role players in the movement J-Bo now represents.  Still a movement of the “YoungBloodz”,  but with new and innovative artists that comes together in a Voltron fashion.

The Atlanta native has been writing and producing, placing himself in as many opportunities as he can get into  working with artists of young and old.  Just to name a couple of young artists to be mentioned as time flows for the multi-faceted orchestrator, Skye and Young Dirty…
Jeffrey J-Bo Grigsby has grown into a person that believes in living right.  Live right to receive your blessings, J-Bo being thankful for all of his.  If your karma just doesn’t feel right, your probably not living right.  I think the air is clear now…
